New infor­ma­tion from the Trans­porta­tion Secu­rity Admin­is­tra­tion has found TSA offi­cers find four to five firearms in carry-on bags vir­tu­ally every day at U.S. air­ports. What’s even more alarm­ing is that many of them are loaded! The TSA also found that the num­ber of firearms found at approx­i­mately 450 U.S. air­ports has been on the rise every year since 2005, except for a small decline in 2007.
