Gary Allan is only a few weeks away from releas­ing his highly antic­i­pated album, Set You Free. The singer describes the project as a con­cep­tual album, since it’s cen­tered on cer­tain feel­ings from a dark place.

Also, Gary donated a por­tion of pro­ceeds from his recent per­for­mance at Joe’s Bar, to ACM Lift­ing Lives. The Decem­ber show raised more than $11,000 for the orga­ni­za­tion, which will help fund orga­ni­za­tions that are improv­ing lives through the power of music.
