Garth Brooks is expected to tes­tify in court today dur­ing the trial against an Okla­homa hos­pi­tal.  he is suing the Cana­dian Val­ley Hos­pi­tal for allegedly going back on an agree­ment to name a women’s cen­ter after Brooks’ mother after he donated $500,000 to the hos­pi­tal.  Hos­pi­tal pres­i­dent James Moore tes­ti­fied Wednes­day that dis­cus­sions ini­tially involved a much larger gift.
