The Gram­mys love to mash up artists from dif­fer­ent gen­res — and they don’t just do it on stage. The Grammy orga­niz­ers sad Miranda Lam­bert and Blake Shel­ton next to Lady Gaga, who wore a black net across her face the entire show.  And Tay­lor Swift sat next to rap­per Nicki Minaj, who wore a fell red robe with a hood.  Those two are actu­ally friends.  Last time Swift was in Los Ange­les for her “Speak Now” tour, Minaj joined her on stage.  But as artists, they couldn’t be more dif­fer­ent.  Minaj took part in a mock exor­cism dur­ing her Grammy per­for­mance and lev­i­tated about the stage, while Swift wore a prairie dress and played the banjo.
