Keith Urban is settling into his role as a judge on “American Idol.” Urban, who joins Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Randy Jackson for Season 12, admits that while he gets along well with his TV colleagues, they don’t always see eye-to-eye. “The thing about the four of us is we hear very different things and see very different things,” he tells E!
