Lit­er­ally! Luke Bryan says he required the Heim­lich maneu­ver after chok­ing on a piece of pizza recently. Bryan tells Peo­ple Coun­try that “it was pretty freaky there for about 30 sec­onds.” The pizza got lodged in his air­way and he says he “went down.” For­tu­nately a friend who was with him picked him up and as Bryan says, “got it out of there!”
