Bad Get Away


Police in Mass­a­chu­setts said a bank rob­bery sus­pect who used pub­lic trans­porta­tion to make his get­away was arrested with the help of a GPS device. Cam­bridge police said Scott Kellerer, who allegedly used a note demand­ing money to rob the Cam­bridge Sav­ings Bank at 9:15 a.m. Tues­day, was arrested 8 min­utes later on a bus in Somerville when offi­cers used a GPS device a teller hid among the stolen cash to track his move­ments. Police said Kellerer had the stolen $3,600 in his pocket, along with the GPS device.
