The par­ents of a Min­nesota bride and groom couldn’t attend their wed­ding in per­son, so the cou­ple did the next best thing – they got mar­ried in the ceme­tery where their new in-laws are buried. Diane Waller and Randy Kjar­land exchanged vows Sat­ur­day near the graves of their par­ents at Oak­wood Ceme­tery in Austin, Min­nesota. The bride said some peo­ple thought the ceme­tery wed­ding was a joke, while oth­ers cried when they heard the couple’s story.
