A CSX freight train struck a tow truck attempting to remove a Lexus from the railroad tracks near Queensbury Road just before 8:30 p.m. Saturday. There were no injuries, but train traffic was halted during the investigation. Police were in the area when the impact took place. The driver of the Lexus, who reportedly had been drinking, confused the tracks with a road. The train crew saw the truck attempting to remove the car from the tracks, but was unable to stop before striking the vehicles.
