A blog­ger cap­tured screen­shots of a briefly live web­site appar­ently cre­ated by Mitt Romney’s staffers in case he won the pres­i­den­tial elec­tion. Tae­gan God­dard, pro­pri­etor of the Polit­i­cal Wire blog, said the tran­si­tion web­site cre­ated by the Rom­ney cam­paign was appar­ently put online inad­ver­tently and was only avail­able for a few min­utes before it was removed. God­dard was able to take screen cap­tures of the site before it was taken down. “I’m excited about our prospects as a nation,” reads a quote on the main page attrib­uted to the Repub­li­can nom­i­nee. “My pri­or­ity is putting peo­ple back to work in America.”
