An Alaska man was rescued after climbing a tree for exercise, falling and getting trapped upside down nearly 30-feet in the air. The 53-year-old was uninjured after being pulled from the tree by firefighters. Authorities told the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner he climbed the tree because it’s “something he wanted to do.” Thankfully, he was able to call a friend for help using a cell phone he was wearing like a necklace at the time.
